At JustZEG, some clothing and recovery products may be produced this way. Check the product description for details, as timelines can vary.

General Timeline: Production typically takes around 3 business days, depending on the item and your shipping address. Often, it’s completed even faster.

Craftsmanship Guarantee: Every item is carefully made, inspected, and prepped before shipment to ensure premium quality.


Shipping Times

We ship worldwide with major carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS) for reliable delivery.

Estimated Shipping Duration: 4–7 business days after your order has been produced and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed case by case.

For most clothing and products, refunds may be available depending on the reason.

For Made-To-Order items, refunds are generally not available once fulfillment begins.

All requests must be sent to Support@JustZEG.com and approved by our team.


Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are reviewed individually.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us by email.

For some products, returns may be possible depending on the situation.

Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages will be resolved in coordination with you and the carrier.

Once production or shipping starts, changes are no longer possible.
